Hosted by nationally acclaimed guest chefs and Mauricio Lopez the resort’s award-winning Executive Chef, the series includes a selection of culinary events throughout each weekend, including meet the chefs cocktail receptions, intimate 5 course dinners with pairings, and beach parties under the stars.

Executive Chef Mauricio Lopez
Having led the kitchens and culinary team at Hilton Los Cabos for over 16 years, Chef Lopez infuses his Mexican heritage into the resort’s restaurants, bars, and banquets. Born in Acapulco and with professional experience spanning Cuba, Spain, New York, and beyond, he sources local ingredients from regional Baja farms and fishermen with a “no shortcuts” approach. “There are no secrets to good food,” he says “Only fine ingredients.” Chef Lopez’s Mexican hospitality and genuine care translates to the plate, one reason why he has been honored with a seat on the Hilton Culinary Council and the Hilton Chef Diamond Award and is a former champion of the Culinary Masters Competition in Miami.
