A minimum stay of three (3) consecutive nights is required. At the time of booking, a one (1) night deposit will be held. Valid for stay dates June 15th through October 15th, 2024, based on availability. Applicable to King Ocean View Rooms only. Blackout dates apply and may include holidays. Pricing is based on double occupancy and covers package benefits for two people. Single rates are not available. For additional guests, including children under the age of 18, extra charges apply (see below for details). These additional guests can be registered to the package at the Front Desk when you check in. Reservations must be confirmed under the Inclusive Sale package rate plan “P5”. Package offer is not combinable with any other special offers, discounts, or group rates, and cannot be redeemed by using Hilton Honors Points. Offer, dates, and specific room types are subject to availability. Not all dates will have all accommodation types available.

SNACKS: One appetizer per person per day available at Mio, Sotol Agave Bar, Lena Restaurant, Enclave Beach Club, and Poolside.

DINNER: Available at Talavera Restaurant, Lena Restaurant, and Sotol Agave Bar. Select events, including Havana Night, Taco Tuesday, and Fiesta Mexicana.

DRINKS: Available at Sotol Agave Bar, Lena and Mio Pool Bars, Lena Restaurant, Talavera Restaurant, and Enclave Beach Club. Premium Beverage Surcharge: Upgrade alcoholic beverages to premium brand liquor for $8 per drink.

Daily Self-Parking: One car only.

Dining & Drink Details

  • Meals: The number of included meals at breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner is equal to the number of nights booked. For example, on a 5-night stay, you will receive 5 breakfast meals, 5 lunch meals, 5 snacks (appetizers), and 5 dinner meals per person.
  • Courses: Breakfast is one hot-and-cold gourmet buffet meal or à la carte breakfast entree per person. Dinner includes up to 3 courses per person, with a maximum of one entree as a course (for example one salad, one entrée, and one dessert OR one appetizer, one salad, and one entrée).
  • Dinner: Selected premium menu items may be available for an upgrade charge.
  • Drinks: Guests may order one (1) drink at a time. Drinks include house wine by the glass (wine range varies by outlet), domestic beer (domestic beer range varies by outlet), margaritas, basic spirits, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee, and tea. Premium brand liquor will be available with an upgrade charge of $8 per beverage. Valid all day, from 4 pm on the day of check-in to 11 am on the day of check-out of this package. Alcohol is only available for guests 21 and over with proof of age.
  • Availability: Restaurant and bar hours are subject to change. However, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options will always be available. Drinks are available until 10:30 pm in participating restaurants and at 11:00 pm in Sotol.


Does Not Include

  • Gratuity: A mandatory 10% gratuity is not included in the price of this package and will be automatically posted to your room folio to be settled upon departure based on the actual daily retail dining or beverage check, not the cost of the package. This gratuity will be paid in full to your server at each restaurant.
  • Excluding Special Events: Special event meals such as Baja Food & Wine Journey Events, Fourth of July Barbecue, Sparkles & Sushi, Sangria & Paella, Bonfire & S’mores, Private Dinners, or other special culinary, holiday, or ticketed events.
  • Excluding the Following Outlets: In-Room Dining, Los Arcos Roasting Co., Vela, La Tienda, La Biblioteca Agave Studio, eforea Spa retail, Nuna boutique
  • Certain Beverages: Does not include full bottles of wine, liquor top-shelf liquor, agave spirit tastings or flights, canned/bottled waters/teas, etc.
  • Taxes: Standard taxes such as city and state taxes.


How to add 3rd or 4th Adults or Children

  • Children: When staying in the same room with parents, children may be added at check-in to the inclusive meal plan at $120 each per day for ages 5-17. Children age 4 and under eat free from the children’s menu in each restaurant, when dining with an adult covered under this package.
  • Adults (ages 18 and over): When staying in the same room with the first and second person, a third or fourth adult may be included in the package at the participating third and fourth adult rates. Rates start from $220 per person and are based on the original rate booked and occupancy level of the hotel. For guests under 21 years of age, alcohol will not be served, however, non-alcoholic beverage options are available and included at the same overall price.


Additional Terms & Conditions

The confirmed rate is the final discounted rate and will be displayed as the nightly room cost of the package based on confirmed occupancy. No further discounts will be added.

A 14-day cancellation policy applies. Credit card required at time of booking to guarantee reservation. No charge to cancel at least 14 days before your arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, cancellation will result in a charge of one night per room.

The 1-night deposit will be held at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied as a credit on your room folio at the time of your stay. If the reservation is canceled before the 14-day cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment. After the cancellation period, the deposit will be applied toward the cancellation penalty.

Reservations booked under any other rate, room type, special or promotion, or under Hilton Honors points are not eligible for these included benefits. Discounts or package inclusions will NOT be provided at check-in. Dates, rates, and specific room types are subject to availability. Not available if attending a group or convention.

After the booking period, these special rates will no longer be available. Changes to a reservation booked under this sale may not be possible. Reservations booked with this offer are not transferable. The package is non-commissionable to travel agents. The package is eligible to receive normal Hilton Honors points and miles. Other restrictions may apply.

Executive Chef Mauricio Lopez
Having led the kitchens and culinary team at Hilton Los Cabos for over 16 years, Chef Lopez infuses his Mexican heritage into the resort’s restaurants, bars, and banquets. Born in Acapulco and with professional experience spanning Cuba, Spain, New York, and beyond, he sources local ingredients from regional Baja farms and fishermen with a “no shortcuts” approach. “There are no secrets to good food,” he says “Only fine ingredients.” Chef Lopez’s Mexican hospitality and genuine care translates to the plate, one reason why he has been honored with a seat on the Hilton Culinary Council and the Hilton Chef Diamond Award and is a former champion of the Culinary Masters Competition in Miami.
