Destination Wedding Program For Couples

Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- Offer applies to new wedding group bookings confirmed during the promotional period specified by Hilton Los Cabos.
- Existing bookings and rebooked or re-contracted groups do not qualify.
Minimum Length of Stay
- A minimum of three (3) consecutive nights is required for all guests included in the contracted group room block.
Guest Stay Requirement
- At least 80% of total wedding guests must stay on property (within the contracted group block and/or additional rooms booked at Hilton Los Cabos) to qualify for the promotional concessions.
Non-Combination Policy
- This promotion may not be combined with other offers, discounts, concessions, or special programs, including previously contracted group rates or incentives.
Availability
- Offer and promotional concessions are subject to availability at the time of contracting and may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.
- Blackout dates, minimums, and other restrictions may apply and will be confirmed by your Weddings Manager at proposal/contract stage.
Welcome Event
- The venue for the welcome reception will be assigned by the hotel’s Weddings Manager, based on program needs, guest count, and availability.
General
- All events, rooms, rates, deposits, attrition, cancellation terms, cut-off dates, and function space assignments are governed by the executed group contract issued by Hilton Los Cabos.
- Taxes, service charges, and resort fees (if applicable) are additional and will be outlined in the contract.
- Any modifications are subject to hotel approval and may affect pricing and concessions.
