Terms & Conditions:

• Experience Credit – A fixed credit equivalent to 5% of net room revenue (excluding taxes and service charges) per room, per stay, is applied via voucher at check-in. Credit is redeemable toward eligible spa services and hotel-operated activities only; it may not be applied to retail purchases, room rate, taxes, service charges, or future stays. Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be consumed during the stay in which it is earned. Minimum three (3) night stay required.
• VIP Welcome Amenity – One (1) signature branded welcome amenity is provided per every fifteen (15) paid rooms, delivered once per stay. Amenity format (artisan piñata or curated Mexican candy selection) and custom branding with the group’s organization logo are subject to availability and production lead times; selection and branding requirements must be confirmed at time of contracting.
• Upgrade Priority – One (1) confirmed room upgrade per every ten (10) paid rooms to the next available category, allocated at cut-off. Subject to availability at time of allocation. Category availability is not guaranteed.
• Group Arrival Moment – A dedicated check-in desk or pre-keyed arrival window is provided for qualifying groups, subject to operational availability and advance coordination with the resort’s Group Services team.
• Negotiated Add-On – One (1) negotiated add-on is included per group (choose one): a) one themed cocktail with two hors d’oeuvres per person and house wine; or b) late checkout day use on departure day, subject to availability. One benefit per every ten (10) paid rooms. Selection must be confirmed at time of contracting.
• Complimentary Room – One (1) optional complimentary room is available per every twenty-five (25) consumed paid room nights. Comp rooms are earned only on consumed paid room nights, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be substituted unless agreed in writing.
• Agave Spirits Tasting – The Agave Spirits Tasting at La Biblioteca is an optional group add-on experience. Pricing and availability are subject to confirmation at time of booking. Advance reservation is required. Experience applies only to hotel-operated service and is subject to operational availability.
• Rates & Taxes – Rate type is Best Available Group Rate (BAR-based) or Package Group Rate with a fixed add-on. Rates vary by travel dates and room type. Unless otherwise stated, quoted rates are per room, per night, based on single or double occupancy, and exclude taxes, service charges, gratuities, and incidentals.
• Booking Restrictions – Offer is not valid on existing reservations or previously contracted groups, and may not be combined with other promotions, packages, concessions, discounts, or negotiated rates. All offer components are non-cumulative. Extensions beyond the original stay will require a new reservation at the prevailing rate; this offer will not apply to those additional nights.
• Deposits, Cancellations & Fees – Standard deposit, cancellation, attrition, and early-departure policies apply. A minimum attrition allowance of ten percent (10%) of contracted room nights applies up to cut-off. If pickup falls short, the resort reserves the right to renegotiate or remove concessions.
