A Sensory Journey Through Mexico's Traditions
Some journeys are inward. On October 31, the eve of Día de Muertos, Hilton Los Cabos opens a full day designed around that threshold: movement in the morning, stillness at midday, and ceremony as the light begins to change.
Camino al Mictlán is a day built to move the body, quiet the mind, and close with ritual, honoring a tradition that asks us to remember rather than forget.

Meet the Wellness Guides
Marcela Beltrán del Río is a holistic retreat facilitator and transpersonal guide, certified in Breathwave 1:1 Conscious Breathing, functional breathing through Oxygen Advantage, Solar Magnetism energy healing through the Pneuma Institute, and biomagnetism.
Her work guides profound transformational processes through conscious breathing, healthy lifestyle practices, meditation, and the integration of body, heart, and mind, creating safe, nurturing spaces for healing and personal growth.
On October 31, she leads the breathwork and ice bath session, a practice designed to meet the body honestly before the day moves toward ceremony.
Azul’s teachings are creative, dynamic, and intuitive, channeled from the wisdom of the stars. Each of her classes is guided by astrological planetary movements, aligning participants with the organic rhythm of the cosmos.
Her classes are designed to help individuals find their consciousness and elevate their personal frequency. Through this elevation, students learn to return to themselves and embrace the present moment fully. Azul invites guests to experience yoga not only as a physical practice but as an energetic expansion, a way to reconnect with what already resides within and continue along a path of personal evolution.
On October 31, she opens the day with a morning yoga practice guided by the rhythm of the stars.
