Celebremos México brings together three distinct experiences across the resort, each one an invitation to discover the country beyond the destination. A festive night at Talavera built around Mexico’s most iconic flavors, a hands-on lesson in Mexican technique, and an intimate dining journey through six of Mexico’s most distinctive culinary regions at La Biblioteca.
Chiles en nogada, one of Mexico’s most celebrated seasonal dishes, appears throughout the month as a special addition to select dinners at Talavera.

Talavera’s Taco and Margarita Night takes on a new spirit for the month of September. “¡Viva México!” is a buffet dinner built around the country’s most iconic dishes, including chiles en nogada, paired with a live bar of margaritas, mezcalitas, and Mexican wine. A mariachi performance carries the evening from dinner into celebration.

Some traditions are best understood with your hands, not just your palate. In this hands-on class at Talavera, guests learn traditional Mexican recipes and techniques directly from the culinary team, discovering the stories and ingredients behind each dish along the way.

La Biblioteca is an intimate space built around Mexico’s agave culture, where the atmosphere is as much a part of the experience as what arrives on the table.
A four-course menu paired with Mexican wines and mezcals guides guests through the country’s defining culinary regions: Oaxaca, Yucatán, Puebla, Jalisco, Sinaloa, and Chihuahua. Each course is another region, another story, another way of understanding Mexico’s gastronomic identity.
Available nightly, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, for groups of up to 12. Approximately two hours. Reservation required 4 hours in advance.
