Christmas Dinner at Talavera

Executive Chef Mauricio Lopez reimagines holiday flavors through the lens of Baja’s bounty, an abundant dinner buffet built around seasonal favorites and regional inspiration. Chilled seafood and raw delicacies sit alongside heirloom Mexican dishes, roasted holiday classics, vibrant salads, artisanal breads, and desserts worth saving room for. Live music carries the evening, set against the Sea of Cortez.
New Year's Eve Party
DECEMBER 31
Ring in the new year by the sea at Hilton Los Cabos. Expect a celebratory dinner, live entertainment, and dancing under the stars as midnight approaches, closing with a fireworks display over the coast.
