The Destination Experience Fund is subject to availability and the terms stated herein. A qualifying program must be confirmed under a signed contract with Hilton Los Cabos, with the applicable fund percentage calculated at the time of contracting, for programs of any stay year. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other packages, promotions, concessions, discounts, or negotiated rates.
- Fund Calculation – The Destination Experience Fund is calculated based on the program’s net consumed room revenue, exclusive of taxes and service charges. Programs generating under $250,000 USD in net consumed room revenue earn a 5% fund; programs generating $250,000 to $499,999 USD earn a 7.5% fund; programs generating $500,000 USD or more earn a 10% fund. Fund percentage is determined upon final program actualization.
- Eligible Use – Fund proceeds may be applied toward travel-related costs (airfare assistance, airport transportation, pre- and post-program extensions), destination experiences (catamaran and ocean excursions, seasonal whale watching, championship golf events), and celebratory programming (tequila and mezcal tastings, beachfront dinners and receptions, sunset and wellness experiences, and custom on-property activations). Fund is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be applied to hotel-operated services and experiences at Hilton Los Cabos.
- 2027 Booking Privileges – As a limited-time addition to the year-round Destination Experience Fund, programs taking place in 2027 and contracted on or before December 31, 2026 unlock 30% off spa services, triple Hilton Honors points on eligible program spend, and a one-minute fireworks display. These privileges are exclusive to 2027 programs and are subject to operational availability, advance coordination, and applicable permitting requirements managed by the resort. The fireworks display is subject to permitting, weather conditions, and resort operational approval, and may be substituted with an equivalent signature moment at the resort’s discretion.
- Multi-Year Partnership – Groups committing to a multi-year partnership earn up to 10% back in Year 1, up to 12.5% back in Year 2, and up to 15% back in Year 3. Each year is contracted independently, with fund percentage and qualification confirmed under its own signed agreement at the time of booking.
- Rates & Qualification – Rates are subject to change based on selected dates and availability. This offer is not valid on existing reservations or previously contracted programs. Funding is subject to qualification, program terms, and availability at the sole discretion of Hilton Los Cabos.
- Restrictions – Blackout dates may apply. All experiences, activations, and privileges listed are subject to availability, seasonality, and resort operational capacity. Hilton Los Cabos reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
