Learn MoreEffective December 6, 2021: All travellers entering the U.S. are required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result within 24 hours of arrival to the U.S. Guests will have daily access to a third party healthcare provider on property to perform the PCR or antigen test. Advance reservations are required by contacting the resort directly. Antigen rapid tests are available for $30 USD, with results expected the same day; PCR tests are $220 USD, with results in 24 hours.

All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guest stays; when you arrive, a Hilton CleanStay seal indicates that no one has accessed your room since it was cleaned. Guests also can tailor housekeeping services to their comfort level: If you do not wish to receive daily service, or if you would like to arrange delivery of additional amenities, simply call the front desk.
Our team members have received extensive training on our new procedures and protocols. In addition, they are required to perform self-screenings at home and undergo a contact-free temperature check at the staff entrance when arriving for work. During their shifts, team members are encouraged to wash hands/disinfect frequently, maintain physical distancing, and limit in-person interactions. Face masks are required for team members at all times while in public areas.

Equipment in our fitness center has been arranged to accommodate appropriate distancing and maximum occupancy requirements. To access the fitness center, please reserve your preferred time between 6:30am and 2:30pm with our concierge. Outdoor fitness options also are available.
We have altered the seating plans in our restaurants and other dining outlets to accommodate physical distancing. Menus are displayed or available digitally via QR code, with single-use menus provided upon request. As part of the Hilton CleanStay program, restaurant facilities and all utensils, tables, and chairs are continuously disinfected.
In-room dining is available for contact-free delivery outside your room’s door or by a team member utilizing protective equipment and following established hygiene practices. We also offer biodegradable, disposable dishware and flatware upon request.

Complete the pre-screening process prior to receiving a spa confirmation.
Refrain from visiting the spa if you have a fever or a communicable illness on the day of your appointment.
Respect the spa’s posted sanitation and hygiene standards and processes.
Wash hands for a minimum of 20 seconds prior to beginning each treatment/service.
Share special sanitation or hygiene requests prior to your arrival at the spa.
