Hilton CleanStay with Lysol Protection

We have implemented Hilton CleanStay with Lysol protection to deliver an industry-defining standard of cleanliness and disinfection.

Developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC), key features of Hilton CleanStay include: guestroom door seals to indicate your room has not been accessed since it was cleaned; extra disinfection on high touch areas; removal of excess in-room amenities; guest-accessible hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes throughout the resort; contactless check-in/check-out; innovative disinfection technologies; and more.

Face coverings that cover the nose and mouth are required in all public areas, except when seated at one of our restaurants or maintaining a 6-foot distance from others at the pool or beach.

Masks are required when walking the resort grounds.

In Your Guest Room

When you arrive at your room, a Hilton CleanStay room seal indicates that no one has accessed your room since it has been thoroughly cleaned. For your comfort, we want your stay to be as undisturbed as possible. Guests are invited to tailor their housekeeping services to their comfort level. If you do not wish to receive daily housekeeping service or if you would like to arrange delivery of additional amenities, simply call the front desk. Of course, all guest rooms will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests.

Team members have received an extensive orientation on our new procedures and protocols.

In addition, team members are required to perform self-screenings at home and a contactless temperature check at the Team Member entrance before beginning work. During their shifts, Team Members are encouraged to wash hands/disinfect frequently, maintain physical distancing, and limit in-person interactions. Face masks are required for team members at all times while in guest-facing areas.

For the utmost safety please reserve with our Concierge your preferred time to access the Fitness Center between 6:30am and 2:30pm. Equipment has been arranged to accommodate social distancing and maximum occupancy under state law.

Seating in our dining outlets has been arranged to accommodate physical distancing. Menus are displayed or available digitally via QR code with single-use menus provided upon request. Continuous disinfection of all utensils, tables, chairs and restaurants are part of the day-to-day duties of our Hilton CleanStay committee.

Room Service can be delivered contactless outside your room’s door or by a Team Member utilizing protective equipment and following established hygiene practices. In addition, we offer biodegradable, disposable dishware and flatware upon request.

  • Complete the pre-screening process prior to receiving a spa confirmation
  • Refrain from visiting the spa if on the day of your appointment you have a fever or a communicable illness
  • Respect the spa’s sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted within the spa
  • Wash hands for a minimum of 20 seconds prior to beginning each treatment/service
  • Share special sanitation or hygiene requests prior to arriving at the spa

We understand that your plans may change, so we have instituted a flexible change and cancellation policy. Any reservation booked by September 30, 2020, can be modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival.

Border closures between the USA and Mexico do not apply to air travel, and these restrictions are temporary.
