Take your culinary journey to another level on this 3 night visit as our own Chef Mauricio shares the secrets to preparing his favorites from La Taqueria. You might discover how to make ceviche with Baja’s famed Chocolata Clams (often called “Baja’s seafood candy”), cook “a La Talla Octopus” over a bonfire, or prepare classics such as tamales and carne asada. Then you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labor along with a traditional mojito, artisanal beer, or your preferred cocktail.


But when the two-hour in-person class is over, the fun is just beginning: After you arrive home with your recipes, Chef Mauricio will arrange a date for a video call to walk you through creating these delightful dishes in your own kitchen!
