To the entire team (plus those I did not have emails for like Monica, Abel, and Julio),

Nick and I wanted to send our sincerest thanks to the entire team at Hilton Los Cabos for making our wedding on October 8 a dream come true. We had some pretty high expectations, but you all consistently exceeded them at every point along the 8 months we planned the wedding. Every single one of our guests commented on how friendly, helpful, and professional the hotel staff was, and all were amazed at what a beautiful property you have built and maintained. The food was perfection, the coordination flawless, and the overall support from every single person at Hilton contributed to three perfect events and 5 perfect days in paradise.

The extra care you took to make each event special and go above and beyond even what we agreed upon did not go unnoticed. I assure you that almost every one of our 66 guests will return again to Hilton Los Cabos – we're not an easy crowd to please, but when we're happy, we're a very loyal bunch! I really cannot thank you all enough and we can't wait to come back and spend our first anniversary drinking pomegranate margaritas by the pool!

We don't quite have the words to express how happy we are to be so fortunate to have you guiding us through the whole process.
Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely and dinner was fabulous @ Fenicia (spelling :) ).

So excited to see the pictures! Enrique was amazing and we are so excited to see the pictures! My mom (Linda) and aunt (Pearl)will be at Cabo Villas until mid-day Friday. They are in room V-4.

Hi Gabriela,

Thank you so much for the nice email. It's hard to be in the "real" world. Our guests are still talking about their time in Cabo. Our guests were very happy with their stay at the HIlton and were very impressed with the wedding. We are SO happy with everything. You made the whole wedding planning process so stressful and easy. We can't thank you enough for all your time and planning for us. We were very happy with our room. The ceremony was perfect. We were very happy with the rose petals and chuppa. We loved Marco, he was wonderful. Our guests did too. It was very special that he included John's boys. It was a special to have that added to the ceremony. We were very happy with the violinist and the photographer. Dino did a wonderful job and we appreciate that we are able to get the photos before we left. The reception was perfect! The food was delicious and so were the mojitos. Our guests thought everyone was VERY good. We liked having the ipod option. We were so surprised when we got back to our room. What a wonderful romantic surprise!!! I would definately recommend having a wedding at the Hilton in Cabo. It was truly a special experience. We will always remember it and we are hoping to make it back. Thank you again for everything you did, you are wonderful!!!

Hi Gaby!

Sorry it's taken us so long to get back to you. Things have been extremely busy since we returned home. I think we can already use a vacation back to Cabo!

Anyways, everything is fine with us. We have settled back in and are doing well in our new married life. So we wanted to take some time to share our gratitude with you.

Gaby, everything went great. You and your colleagues at the Hilton did a marvelous job with all the planning of our wedding. Although Kristen and I were not ones to get overly meticulous with all the details of the wedding, we know when something is done properly and when it’s not. We can truly say that there was nothing about the wedding we didn’t like. The fact that it was a non-traditional, small destination wedding can lead some people to get nervous about making sure the wedding runs smoothly and that their guests are comfortable. There was never a time when the wedding seemed anything less than perfect. The table setting, the centerpieces, the cake, the food… everything was great.

Both the crew at the Hilton as well as the outside vendors did an excellent job. Reverend Marco is a very special guy and its obvious he knows what he is doing. He made us feel comfortable, and created the perfect tone for the wedding. Nothing he said felt scripted, and it really seems like he takes pride in creating a special and unique ceremony specifically catered to each couple and their guests. We would insist to anyone we know getting married in Los Cabos to use his services.

It was a special treat to not only have Alonso perform at our wedding but to hear him every morning playing at El Meson while we ate breakfast. His guitar was the perfect addition to our wedding and overall Hilton experience. Music is something Kristen and I take very seriously and we felt honored to have a true artist playing for us on our special day.

We are also very pleased to have worked with Dino. Although we have yet to see any of the photos he took, his work speaks for itself. Plus, he's an all around very cool guy to interact with. 100% professional and 100% fun is how I would describe him. Always looking for a great shot, even if it means running full speed or balancing on rocks! We had a great time with him and pending the viewing of our photos, would recommend him over and over.

The 12 days we spent at the Hilton Los Cabos was some of the best days in our lives. The facility and service is second to none. Everyone made us feel at home. All we saw were genuine smiles all over the hotel. Our guests agree, and some even cried when they were leaving…seriously. Pablo and Michel at the concierge were excellent. The maitre d' at Fenicia made paper roses for the ladies. Our cocktail waitresses were wonderful and even the chefs at Madero seemed to put on a show when they flipped pineapple onto the pastor tacos. Everyone at the hotel was amazing.

And Gaby, a very special thanks to you! Obviously a wedding is something you do once and want it done right. Your attitude, especially at times we were stressed, was always calm and helpful. There is an extra added bit of uncertainty when hosting an event in a foreign country, but working with you put us at ease. There were numerous times Kristen and I would be concerned about something prior to the wedding, only to come to the conclusion that it wasn’t worth worrying about since we knew we were in good hands. We will be sure to post reviews for you and Hiltons services and will not hesitate to suggest the Hilton to others as a great place to get married!

We hope to stay in touch and we will definitely see you again when we come back for our anniversary!

Really sweet note...we cannot thank you enough for creating such a memorable Cabo wedding for us!

This cannot be over-stated, you and the staff at The Hilton are first class in every way. I have stayed at a number of resorts in Cabo, and The Hilton Los Cabos is hand's down the best quality in Cabo. The staff works so hard, and it does not go unnoticed!

You were most helpful and came through for us in every way, and we can't thank you enough.

We have finally made it home and started to acclimate to the weather and I haven't seen the sun in 5 days :( I will absolutely take to time to post our amazing experience on all of the links you have sent. We could have not have been more impressed with the service attentiveness of your staff. EVERYONE that we, and our guests, encountered at the Hilton were amazing. Alonso and Dino were absolutely spectacular and I cannot wait to recommend their services in the future. Thank you for the bottle of champagne! It was delicious and made us feel so special.

Dear Hilton Los Cabos,

I wanted to address one thing and ask another. First of all I think that Gabriela Cobian, your wedding coordinator deserves a raise. She not only held my hand through everything and made sure that I was happy with everything that I chose (and if not, she found me other options), but she became a friend in the process. She was willing to go the extra mile, spend time on the phone or via email walking me through everything. I so appreciate her sweet demeanor, and professional attitude. She explained where we everything from , where we could add to create a better atmosphere, and was honest when I asked her to be. If she thought someone would not look good, she would offer another option, which I so appreciated. She never pushed anything on Ryan or I and that was a HUGE reason that we chose to have our wedding there. We were so happy to have options and never feel like she was "making" us do anything. I think that your hotel was the perfect choice for our wedding and I know that now we plan to come back every year to celebrate. On that note, our family and friends also plan to come back. My Maid of Honor, Christina Hays became friends with Gaby and said that because of her she plans to come back to Cabo.

I also feel that you should give George(of the Jungle) an accommodation along with Gaby. He was wonderful! He knew who we were, asked questions about our lives, made sure we were happy at all times(for the entire two weeks we were there) and was friendly. I plan to keep in contact with him, as we really got to know one another. In addition to George, please give our thanks to Sylvia in the Spa(she did my nails and gave me a massage), she was so friendly and gave us some recommendations on spa treatments to get, which my husband ended up getting for himself and his best man. Also, give our thanks to Juan Carlos, our waiter by the pool. Great guy and so quick to come and help us with every need. Manual in El Meson who was always our waiter and so happy to be. Along with everyone else, Pablo and the front desk people were fabulous! The doctor as well.

One last thing, what kind of beds do you have? We LOVED them and would like to buy one here in the states if possible.

My husband and I got married at the Hilton Los Cabos at the end of October and it was absolutely perfect. The event staff at the Hilton, led by the incredible wedding planner, Gaby, made the day stress-free and kept everything running smoothly and beautifully. We had 160+ guests at the wedding and have received nothing but positive reviews from our friends and family. The resort is beautiful, with wonderful pools and a gorgeous beach, but the thing that sets the Hilton apart, in this bride's opinion, is the exceptional service. If you're thinking of getting married in Los Cabos, I can't recommend the Hilton enough. We can't wait to go back to celebrate our anniversaries!

I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done for us. We truly appreciate all of your help and making our special day happen the way we wanted. We were both impressed with the Hilton resort and are planning a return trip within the next year. We were also impressed with all of our vendors we used. I was very pleased with our flowers and even though we have not received or seen all of our wedding photos yet, I was pleased with Cabo Image. Also, our minister Marco was awesome! Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed him. And the Hilton kitchen did a wonderful job with our cake! I am so glad we added strawberry filling at the last minute like you recommended. Thank you so much for everything! I already posted a huge thank you on the Hilton Los Cabos Golf and Beach Resorts Facebook page! Britta emailed us asking if she could post the pictures she took of our wedding on your page. Of course we said yes! We had a blast and our guests had a wonderful time! Jumping in the pool at the end if the night was so much fun! We heard guests talking in the restaurant about how much they enjoyed listening to the band on their balconies and watching the party! The one complaint Matt and I have is it ended too early, although we understand why the band had to quit at 10:30. We didn't even get to listen/dance to our last song, so we figured jumping in the pool would be the next best thing.

Thank you for helping make our special day so wonderful! We are in Maui on our honeymoon and Matt has officially decided he likes Cabo more!!! :) Hopefully we will get to see you next year when we return for our first anniversary! Thank you again for everything! Also, we would be happy to send you some of our photographs when we get them back from Manuel for you to use if you would like! Let us know!

Gabriela,

Thank you for your email as I had been wanting to email you but have been so busy trying to catch up at work.
The wedding was everything we wanted and more. Matt and Cassie were so happy with both the ceremony and the reception. The time of day was also perfect because the beach area was shaded but the sun was still shining on the water. The service for both the wedding and our stay was great!! I could use the words "great", "perfect", "wonderful" for everything about the wedding and the job you and your staff did to put this all together. All the flowers for the wedding were very pretty. The music was nice and I wish now I had arranged for him to play at the reception. The dinner was fabulous, as was the bar and the service. The cake was exactly what they wanted and tasted great.

We are definitely planning another trip to the Hilton at Cabo in the future. We have told all of our friends what a wonderful resort you have. The spa, the food, the service, the beach, the view from our rooms was all we had anticipated!!

I cannot thank you enough for all of your help in planning our wedding. There was no way I could have planned a wedding in this last year of residency without you. In fact, I didn't have to worry about a single thing. It was wonderful!

Dear Gabriela,

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say Thank You So Much for everything you've done to make our wedding in Cabo so special! Everything was amazing and even better than we expected! My flowers were exactly like I had pictured them and even more beautiful! Marco did such a beautiful job with our ceremony - I can't even tell you how much I admire him! His words were perfect and the way he included our boys was so special. The guitarist did such a nice job! I told him Thank You, but I hope he knows how much we all appreciated his music and how it made the ceremony that much better! What a nice touch! Miguel, the photographer...I can't even say how impressed we were with him! He was amazing! Not only did he capture every second of the ceremony and took the most beautiful pictures of our family; but he had them already put together in a beautiful book for us to take home on Thursday night! I very highly recommend him to anyone getting married in Cabo!

Next time we come back, I will come and say Hi! We'll definitely be back...Cabo is like our second home! We love it!
