Executive Chef Mauricio Lopez, formerly of the Hilton Hotel Villahermosa, has been working as an Executive Chef since 1996. He garnered his talents in his home of Acapulco, Mexico and has since participated in several notable culinary events and recently in January 2007, received international recognition in fusion cooking upon receiving the Hilton Chef Diamond Award for his culinary expertise.
