I just wanted to thank everyone involved on behalf of Nuveen Investments. Our group had a wonderful time and they were very impressed with the Hilton property and the quality of service they received. We've heard nothing but rave reviews coming from all our attendees.

Daniela, you and Orlando are outstanding! We miss you already. You made our lives easier. You are so accommodating and pleasant to work with which reflects on your respective teams internally. All the hotel staff were willing to help us to make this trip and huge success. I must say, Mexico is known in many places as a place where one puts in a request at a hotel or with a DMC and we are never guaranteed the request will happen. Working with Hilton and Terramar this was never the case. Your follow through is brilliant! You and your teams always did what they said they were going to do. And with a smile!

Michele, you and your team of people were exceptional too. Laura outstanding and a delight to work with. I understand she has only been with you for 2 months....she is a keeper! She will help you to go places! She is on top of everything and so pleasant. No request is ever a problem. Mauro, one of your guides. I heard he is also outstanding. I believe he took a group to Todos Santos...he made their trip! While I have only mentioned a few people, please know they were all really great. We truly look forward to returning in a couple of weeks with the RBC groups. It is such a wonderful feeling to return to a destination and work with people like all of you and know already we will be well taken care of.

Please share this with your entire team as we know there are many behind the scenes people who help to make everything happen. They too need to know it takes a team to provide a successful trip and more importantly happy customers!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank each one of you for helping to make the Flowserve meetings last week a great success. Our guests and VIP's were very impressed with the lovely accommodations and outstanding service from all of the Hilton Team! It was a pleasure seeing you again last month. I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you and your team for another outstanding incentive program. The winners of our Medical Imaging Leadership Council Award Trip provided very positive feedback to us on their post program survey. Everyone commented on the high level of customer service provided by the hotel staff. From a planning perspective, it was great working again with Roberto, Orlando, Ernesto and Mimiya. Definitely a first class team. It’s so nice to work with people who always have a 'can do' attitude and will help in any way they possibly can. Our Neuroscience Pinnacle Winners are headed to Cabo next week, and I know they too will have a fabulous time at the Hilton Los Cabos!

I have been talking about my trip to Cabo since I landed in San Francisco. Needless to say, the overall Cabo experience has made a lasting impression with me.

It was a terrific opportunity and I especially enjoyed meeting each of you and the rest of the team at the hotel. The facilities, accommodations, service, food and pool were all first class. I will remember most, the energy, enthusiasm and overall continuity of the hotel team. Everyone I interacted with projected the same sense of pride and commitment that I felt from each of you. A great physical property is nothing without a strong team. You've got it, and furthermore it seemed very natural. I have passed along the good word to the Account Director for American Honda and also to our Senior Travel Planner. Thank you once again for a great experience and I look forward to seeing each of you again soon.

I want to thank you so much for such a fabulous event. You and your team went so far above and beyond what was expected to ensure our Chairman's Club 2003 was a tremendous success.

I really appreciate all the hard work that you, Mario and all the other staff members at the Hilton Los Cabos put in to our program. The hotel is beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the staff works so well together, better than any other hotel staff I have ever seen. Also, the accounting was done so quickly I have never seen that either. I wish the hotels in the states were as efficient as all of you. Will you please send me your manager's email address again? I have misplaced his card. Thanks again for everything.

I am sorry I missed saying adios to you yesterday!!

I really appreciate everything you did for CheckFree --our on-site staff, employees and executives-- during our stay at the Hilton Los Cabos. Everyone had a great time, and that was due, in large part, to the attentiveness of you and your staff. Our event was a tremendous success. In addition, you should know that many people are now talking about traveling to Los Cabos on their own time with their families and friends. You have had a very positive influence on future tourism to the Baja Peninsula. Everything was perfecto! Muchas gracias!

I have stayed at many resorts, but none have compared to the Hilton Los Cabos. The staff was extraordinary. They truly aim to please their guests. They went above and beyond to try and get you anything that you wanted. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were amazing. I truly did not want to leave this resort. I will definitely return for a second vacation at this Hilton. Thank You for such an incredible vacation.
